Special Machine Construction
BN15 – The Shrink Bag Machine in Focus
The BN15 is our flagship model and is in use over 200 times worldwide.
Base version: Standard model with a conveyor belt
Options: Expandable with perforation winder and bag printing
Performance: Automation enables an output of 60 to 100 bags per minute, in exceptional cases even more.
SND – Side Seam Machine
Features: Base version with conveyor belt, optionally with bag printing.
Flexibility: Custom specifications available upon request.
CBM15 – Special Machine for Hygiene Areas
Target group: Developed for butcher shops and food producers.
Special feature: Hygienic design and flexible adjustment of bag lengths.
Pin hole tester
Seal burst tester SBT12: Tests the pressure and load capacity of the seam.
Leak Tester PIN12: Ensures seam tightness to maintain the highest quality standards.

Our Manufacturing Expertise
With over 3,000 different individually manufactured parts per year, we offer flexible solutions and the highest precision—on schedule and in the best quality.
Our modern CNC technology ensures optimal results even for complex projects.
Milling:
Processing on various machining centers up to approx. 600×600 mm; processing on bed-type milling machines possible for lengths up to 3,000 mm.
Turning:
Precise manufacturing of workpieces—diameter up to 280 mm, length up to 1,500 mm.
Surface Finishing:
Anodizing, galvanizing, nickel plating, chrome plating, hardening, nitriding, powder coating, and more.
